Personality[]
An honest and logical visionary who invests in other people with the end goal of them paying him back for the resources spent on them. At the beginning parts of the novel, he is shown to be a down-to-earth open-minded Mage who is kind to warriors. His show of support for the warriors is a very rare thing considering almost all Mages have a superiority complex over other Paths of Power. He has helped Shang countless times and even risked his life for both him and George, his long time warrior friend who reached the True Path Stage because of his help. Later on in the novel, his dark side becomes more apparent, showing his more schemeful and cynical side under the façade of his wholesome side.
